Met up with Joyce and YH at KBOX! =) It's the first time we're having the birthday package thingy. HAHA. 3 super high ppl plus very high kbox staff. ^^ Sang all the high songs and got all tired. ><

After K, chiong-ed down to Pasir Ris park to meet up with the usual BBQ gang! Half way while walking to the VERY FAR AWAY pit, I saw Winnie, KY and forgot-who on bikes in the opposite direction. Didn't really bother stopping them cos they went kinda fast. LOL. And when I went to the pit, Kelly was laughing like crazy. Cos apparently, KY was supposed to fetch me from the bus stop so that I didnt have to walk! Okay, so much for not walking. HAHAHA. = =

And after a very long while, KY and JM came back with their so-called charcoal. And the conversation goes....

JJ: got the charcoal already?
KY and JM: huh? oh oh oh! got it liao
KY: Jem, the charcoal can only last one hour. (referring to the dry ice)
Jem: orh. so use up lor.
KY: jem, the charcoal can only last one hour. the charcoal.
Jem: orh. use up lor. pour everything in.
KY: jem! charcoal!
Jem: huh? orh!!! okok.

Kelly and I were like, WHAT CHARCOAL?! And Kelly got it a while later but I'm still in the super confused state. And while JM and KY were trying to light the charcoal, I saw flames lah. So kelly told me, "oh they are lighting the charcoal to throw it into the pit". It doesnt make sense lah. = = But I didnt ask much. And then.. there was the birthday song! hahaha! Yes, that charcoal they kept talking about was the birthday cake that they planned for a surprise! xD And they actually pre-ordered the cake. AWWWW. THAT'S SO SWEET, ISNT IT?

=)Had lotsa games and drank abit like usual. The games were totally hilarious, esp the rule that says "You're not supposed to say the words 'you' and 'i' throughout the game", in both chinese and english. Waikit went, "lei yum soy ah~" which means you drink water in cantonese. ROFL. Cant believe he can actually think of that. And the victim of this rule would be KY! After being tricked into saying the forbidden words, we all went "ORH HOR~~" and he will say....

and blah and blah so he just kept drinking for the night. LOL.

In any case, I'm thankful for the celebration. xD even if thats not the actual intention of the whole BBQ. HAHAHA.
